I got a big bottle of olaplex conditioner, but I'm kinda questioning if it's the genuine article since the seal was already opened when it showed up.

When I contacted customer support about it, they just said I should take their word for it since they can't really prove it's authentic.

Now I'm left wondering if I just threw away £90 or what, but I guess that's a mystery for the ages.
